We went to the Merced County Fair on kids day again this year it was Thursday June 11th. Last year we had so much fun so we were excited to go again. I really loved the cute cowgirl outfit Aubrey picked out.
This transformer guy was pretty awesome and Carter was amazed!

Home Depot had there build station open for the kids. Aubrey made a Wizard of Oz bird house and Carter made a truck.
We then went and explored the animal area. It was so HOT!!!! But we learned a lot about the sheep and the pigs from the nice 4H kids.
Then we watched some animal races. This was the kids favorite. We ended up going back over after we got our dessert treats to watch some more. They had all kinds of animals racing like goats, sheep, pigs, turkeys and even ducks it was pretty cute.
Then we went to the little petting zoo. We saw the cutest baby goat. I wish I could have gotten more pictures but I was busy dealing with the deer that was eating my dress.
We ran into a funny clown after looking at the building with all the art in it.
The kids picked yummy icies for their treats. Daddy and I had a very yummy strawberry funnel cake.
Since we had just got home earlier that week from vacation we were a bit tried of rides so we opted to skip the fair rides this year and just enjoyed our treats and watched some more animal races.
It was a nice family night! We are loving our summer break!!!
