California Adventure/Rainforest Cafe (Day 6)

Day 6 and still going strong!

The kids started with Aubrey reading the hotel Bible to Carter, it was adorable.

On to California Adventure Land.

The Bugs Life land is perfect for our little ones. We spent lots of time there riding all the rides a few times.

After a fun morning Carter and I went back to the hotel to take naps while daddy and Aubrey got to have a fun afternoon together. They saw the turtle from Finding Nemo.

They watched the Incredibles parade.

What I was most surprised that they did and I bet all of you will be too.....

They went on Tower of Terror!!!!! Daddy said that she wanted to go so they went and she did great, this girl is so brave!!!

After the ride she said it was fun but she didn't want to try it again. After that they went over to Disneyland for more rides and more autographs.

Winnie the Pooh and Friends.

more princesses........ (daddy is so awesome)

It was so neat that they had this daughter and dad bonding time.

At dinner time I got Carter and myself ready and we met up with Aubrey and daddy in Down Town Disney. We looked at shops and played in the Lego store.

We had a very yummy dinner in the middle of a rain forest at Rain Forest Cafe.

After dinner we went back to California Adventure and rode Soaring Over California. Another great exciting day.

Minnie & Friends Breakfast (Day 5)

Thursday morning was our breakfast with Minnie & Friends. We had a great time seeing all the characters and getting lots of pictures.

Aubrey got to dance for a long time with Chip, or was it Dale?!?

Pure happiness!!!!

Wondering why Carter is not in many pictures with the characters?

He was not a fan. He did his best to go with the flow but when they got close to him he would freak out. He did enjoy all the princesses though.
After breakfast we went on a few more rides.

We waited in an hour and a half line to met Rapunzel from the movie Tangled. We took turns waiting in line and riding rides in Fantasy Land. Also about that time was Carters morning nap so he slept in the stroller. Aubrey was in awe to meet as she calls her "Tangled." While in line we talked about what she wanted to ask her and she said, "Aubrey ask Tangled for a drink of water" I said don't you want to ask her something about her long hair or how it feels to be a princess now. She said "okay I will." When we finally got in there she asked her the first question for a drink of water. It was really funny. (waiting in line is hard work!)

We were going to try to met Rapunzel a few days earlier when she wore her Tangled shirt but the line was too long so I brought it with us that day for a costume change.

We decided that Aubrey and I would stay in Disneyland in the afternoon while Daddy and Carter went back to the hotel for a nap. We had a great "girls day." We rode a few of our favorite rides and went back to the princess faire.

We got to ride the Tea Cups for Aubrey's first time.

We then did some shopping at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique where Aubrey picked out a beautiful Sleeping Beauty jewelry box, that she just treasures. After shopping we enjoyed the parade going down Main Street.

Aubrey got to dance with this bird while the parade was going on.

Walking back to the hotel shuttle carrying her prize. What a day.
