Aubrey has done amazing with her reading this year she is in the top 10 of her class. She has been in the highest a/r (accelerated reader) group in all the first grades at her school. She is reading at a 3rd grade reading level. We are so proud of her!! Ms. Buttrey had asked me if I could help her to take the top 10 kids in her class out to lunch on Friday May 29th. It was such a fun outing with these amazing scholars!!
We all walked to Wing Stop and got to enjoy lunch and then walk back. As you can imagine being out and about with the top of the class made for a very stress free afternoon everyone was well behaved and we had a great time.
It was awesome that it worked out to have Titi there that day to watch Carter for me and then after lunch I met up with them for some fun mall time. Titi stayed that night too and we had fun going out to dinner, a dance party and a movie.
