March 2nd is Dr. Seuss birthday and since I was hosting Joy school that day I thought it would be fun to a Dr. Seuss day.
These are the 3 books we read:
First we read The Cat in the Hat and then made our very own hats.
Then played a hat matching game.
They LOVED it!
Then we read Green Eggs and ham and made green eggs and ham for snack.
Deuce is always there when it's snack time.
The we read One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish,Blue Fish and made a fish tank with corn syrup paint and gold fish crackers.
It was a great morning and so much fun with these cute little boys! Carter is loving Joy School!
Aubrey is also having a Dr. Seuss spirit week this week. Monday Cat in the Hat came to Peterson to read and do tricks. Tuesday (Dad's bday) was PJ day and read a thon.
Today Wednesday was stripe day.
Thursday was crazy sock day
and Friday was bring a special stuffed animal to read with.
