Three other friends and I decided on doing a play date exchange. We all have kids between the ages of 3 and 1. What we do is once a month you host the play date and watch all 7 kids at your home for 2.5 hours while the other moms go out and do what ever they want. In exchange for watching the kids that one morning you get three free morning a month. It worked out great for the month of September. I thought I might go a little crazy with 7 kids all under 4 but it was great. Everyone got a long really well. I put up the jump house which helped keep them busy. They are all such great friends.
