Saturday September 24th was the Apple Festival in Sonora. We had a great day with Nana, Papa and Titi.
The Festival was at the fairgrounds. They had a cute pie walk which was like musical chairs but you walked around and stood on pictures of pies and when the music stopped if you were on the winning pie you would win the whole pie. There were also cute craft vendors and people making fresh squeezed apple juice. Outside they had it all step up for kids. There where cute games and activities. Aubrey made a bird feeder out of an apple, peanut butter and bird seed.
After the festival we went to lunch and then to this really cute apple farm. We saw sheep, chicken, ducks and went on a fun train ride through the farm. Papa even got lost in a hay maze.
Thant night we celebrated both Nana & Papa's birthdays (they are 6 days a part). We went out to pizza and had a yummy apple pie for dessert.
What a fun day!
