Our baby girl is 7!!!??!!

Could it really be true Aubrey is 7 years old?!?!
Yep it is, our darling girl turned 7 on February 6th.
We had a special treat this year, Titi was in town! Aubrey woke up from her sleep over with Titi to find her birthday door and balloons all around the house.

Then time to open a couple gifts before daddy left for work.

She loves these stuff animals.  Carter picked out this one  thatshe really wanted, Ellie.
Then time for pancakes.  She decided on blue since it was a Frozen color.
Poor Aubrey had a tough couple of weeks before her birthday.  She had the car sick day, then a week of strep throat, then an allergic reaction to the amoxicillin and then woke up on her birthday complaining about yet again a new sore throat!! I was so fed up! I wanted my girl better especially on her special day and for her party the next day.  We decided since she didn't have a fever that she would still go to school in the morning with me to pass out her cupcakes and then we would take the afternoon off to rest and get better for her party.  I also called the doctor and got a new antibiotic to help get what ever else was lingering in her system and as soon as she took that dose she was much better.
It just so happened that there was an assembly that day at school.  Aubrey got an award for her panther math, Yay!
Here are the globes we made:
 Taking her panther math test.
Passing out cupcakes to her friends.
The plan was always to take the afternoon off and then go to Modesto to John's Incredible pizza to celebrate.  But with her not 100% she decided that she much rather stay home and relax.  Daddy picked us up McDonald's for lunch and the we opened the rest of her gifts.

We got to put together the new snow globes she got that day.
The rest of the day we spent decorating for the party and relaxing.  Aubrey was very excited to help with the decorations and was a huge help.  That night we ordered a pizza and stayed home and played games and watched movies.
Carter was excited for his table prize.

The day didn't go as planned but I think it was still a great day.
I just love these next few pictures.

We love you very much Aubrey and are so proud of you! I still can't believe you are 7!! You are a very beautiful, talented, wonderful, special girl.  I'm so glad to call you mine and I love learning and growing with you.  You are doing outstanding in math, reading, writing, sports, dance, art (pretty much anything you so you do great).  You favorite food is still mac and cheese and strawberries.  Your best friends at school are Kendall and Mia.  You make up the cutest songs like "news reporter." You love being creative.  Your favorite thing to draw is rainbows.  You surprise daddy and I almost everyday with the things you can do.  You are in the highest RTI group witch means you are reading at 2.7 level.  You love to read to your brother.  You are into playing barbies and math games on the computer.  We love you very much!!!

Like I said before Titi came out before Aubrey's birthday to hang out and for us all to make her party cake.  Thursday night we started all the baking.  I was my crazy self in the kitchen yelling about the mess, sorry Titi.  Everything came out great and the mess was cleaned up :)
