Christmas 2018

Christmas 2018 was a magical, wonderful day! We are so blessed to be able to make it a very special day for our kids.  As you can imagine our day started early with the excitement and anticipation that Christmas morning always brings....

How exciting to both have Alexia's in their rooms now!

 Spencer's always spoils me!

For the kids big gift this year we thought it would be fun to wrap them and then put them in a big box labeled with both of their names so they thought they were getting on big gift from us! It made for a lot of guessing as it sit under the tree but they had know idea that inside that box was two smaller gifts and sure were excited to find out what they were!
Carter was so excited he feel to the floor.  It was the anki robot that he wanted...

and Aubrey's face expression was awesome....
She got her very own chrome book! It was pretty exciting.
After gifts we played and played! Then we got ready for round 2 Christmas with my side of the family.  We love that they let us host because we get to just stay at home with all our toys and we get to show them everything when they get here.  We always have so much fun being with family.  Once they got here we all visited, had some snacks and then went into Christmas gifts.  We picked names again which was lots of fun and such an easier way to shop.  The kids don't pick names so they just get spoiled like crazy from everyone!

A year subscription to slime sent to your front door every month! How awesome is that!!  To say she is excited is an understatement!

Carter got a year subscription to Science stuff.  I just love that my parents did that this year.  It's the gift that keeps going all year.  The kids are loving it.  Getting mail is now the most exciting thing ever!

after all the fun unwrapping we had an amazing prime rib dinner made by mostly Spencer! I helped a little.

It's so not like me to not get a picture of the table before we ate! So mad at myself! I did snap this one to remember the plates we used this year..

After dinner we played a really fun drawing game...

and then the mitten unwrapping game...
 and a white elephant game!

Then it was time for dessert.  Titi made an amazing Yule Log...
 Family picture time....

Then we said our good byes and good nights.  What an awesome day! Christmas always goes so fast! We feel so blessed and happy to have such an amazing family.
