At school they are not allowed to wear costumes so Aubrey had the idea to do a shirt costume with her friends.  They decided to be crayons and I helped her cut the vinyl.  She had all her friends over for a little crafting party to make their shirts and do a Halloween craft..

 They came out super cute
October was Engineer month for cub scouts.  Carter had to make a design and then build it.  He did really good.

I made this cute sign for our front yard.

In the craziness of October we found a house that we feel in love with on Bear Creek.  We even put an offer but when we were asked to go a little higher we didn't feel right so we didn't go through with it.  It was exciting though to get as far as we did.  I still do love the house!

Introducing our newest member of the family.....

Macy Emma Supinger
Macy is cute as a button! She is a mix of chihuahua and toy poodle.  We adopted her from Petsmart at 4 weeks old and 2lbs.  Her birthday is August 5, 2019.  She is a rescue that was being watched by a foster mom through the same program that we got Millie.
The story of getting Macy: We were all so heart broken when Deucie passed away (probably me the most).  I new we were going to get another dog but my guilt of feeling like we were replacing my little guy was super strong so I thought we would wait a while.  Millie and Deuce had the same collar (Millie would only wear the collar that was like Deuce's which was blue and white) after Deuce passed away it was hard for me to see Millie in the same collar so the kids and I went to Petsmart to get a new one. Well of course the kids wanted to see all the puppies and kitties up for adoption.  When we went over we saw Millie's foster mom and she was so excited to see Millie.  We told her about Deuce and she felt sad for us.  We then noticed these two very tiny puppies in a small little cage snuggling.  Well the kids were in love at first sight.  I had to calm them down and say it was way too soon and I wasn't ready.  I did want to get a very small puppy this time around so the kids could experience the true puppy stage like we got to with Deuce before they were born but I was not ready yet.  After dragging my kids kicking and screaming for a new puppy out of the store saying no... we made it home without a puppy.  That week went by and we kept thinking of them but still were not ready.  I was for sure they would get adopted since they were adorable, tiny and it's very rear to get that young of a puppy through a rescue program. The next couple weeks were so sad without Deucie guy.  I really noticed it with Millie the most.  I would look on our doggie cam and she looked so lonely and sad when we were not home!  Since these kids just seem to be growing as fast as possible I knew we needed to decide if we were going to get a puppy sooner than later and I also didn't want Millie to get use to being an only dog since she loved the companionship of Deuce so much. Fast forward another week and my sister decided to come out to visit us.  When she got here on Thursday she said that she had been thinking lots and lots about getting a dog and that she was ready to adopt.  I thought how cool it would be to get the little puppies together we could each have one of the siblings.  That was if they were still available which again I didn't think they would be.  Well we called the rescue lady and sure enough both the little girl and little boy were available!  It was kind of feeling like it was fate.  So we all decided to go to Petsmart on Saturday 9/28.  We got there right at the same time that the foster mom was bringing the babies.  We brought Millie to see if she got a long with the puppies.  We went to the little visiting area.  We were thinking to adopt the boy and my sister to adopt the girl but for some reason Millie and the little girl could not stop playing and snuggling while the little boy seemed kind of distance.  It all felt right and we knew we were going to be taking little "Sugar" Macy home with us.  Laura loved the little boy but was pretty concerned since he was so tiny and young.  She went back to the adoption area and found her little sweet heart match, Lucy!
Once we finally made the decision to take our new little one home the kids were extremely excited!

We went back and forth on getting both the small puppies but thought that would be too much work and we wanted Millie to not feel left out.  It was kind of hard taking Macy away from her brother but we have since heard that he was adopted by the Petsmart owner.

Once we got home Macy made herself right at home.  She fits in great and makes all of smile everyday!

She was so tiny when we got her.

She is full of energy! Loves to play with everything.  She is amazing with Millie and they have hours of fun playing it is the cutest thing ever! They love to snuggle and are the best of friends.
Titi's new little girl Lucy is also so much fun! She was 5 months when Titi adopted her.  She loves to play and is taking puppy classes.

Our family has sure expanded over the last couple days and we are so happy to welcoming these two adorable girls into our crazy lives!
