The Friday before vacation the kids and I went up to Sonora for the day to hang out with Papa, Nana and Gaga. We also went up to drop Deuce off for his week long vacation in Sonora :) We drove up to Mi Wuk Village to try Andy's Mountain Grill & Deli for lunch. We are addicted to Yelp! We look up restaurants all the time and if they have 4 1/2 stars or more with over 100 comments you know its going to be good. It sure was yummy and we will be going back!! They did lack an air conditioner which was made for a HOT lunch in 95 degree weather but the hamburger and fries made up for it. Also the neat car collection in the back room was a big perk for Carter!
After lunch we headed to Twain Heart for a game of mini golf. This is by fare the cutest mini golf course I have ever been too. It was perfect for little guys. They even had mini clubs!! The kids had a blast!!
After our game we headed over to an ice cream parlor and enjoyed some cooling off and visiting. I love having my parents only an hour away. It is great for going up for a day trip or going up for a vacation! We are also very grateful that they are able and willing to watch little Deuce for us for a whole week so we can go on vacation. Thanks Guys!
