Saturday was Aubrey's birthday party.
When I asked Aubrey what kind of birthday party she wanted she said, "pink, pink, pink I want a Pinklicious birthday party!" Aubrey loves the book Pinkalicious and Purplicious so it was very fitting. We had the best time planning her party. Aubrey was such a huge help and like me always had her eyes on anything and everything pink in the stores. It helped that her birthday is close to Valentines day so we were able to find lots of pink candy and things. Party planning is a true joy for me. This post has lots of pictures but I just couldn't help myself I love all the pink and I just had to share.
The dessert table:
The drink/party favor table (we served pink lemonade and water the beverages were not in the picture yet)
Like I said in an earlier post we have been having spring like weather. Our peach tree started to blossom earlier in the week and Aubrey was so excited she said, "the tree is turning pink for my birthday party!" It was too cute! I was excited to get lots of pictures under it with all our pink.
If you didn't notice the 1 requirement of the guest was to wear pink. Everyone looked so cute in their pink. Including my cute men in the shirts I made them. The craft was making princess tiaras and prince crowns.
We had the jump house up. The little kids enjoyed that.
For lunch I tried to do pink things so we had pizza, salad with strawberries, watermelon, and Nana's famous pink jello.
Game time!!! We first played musical cupcakes. Aubrey and Abigail tied at the end.
Pin the cupcake on Pinkalicious. Christopher won that one.
Then Daddy put on a magic show. It was awesome! The kids loved every minute.
Gift time! Thank you everyone for all the wonderful gifts.

Pinata Time:
I filled the pinata up with all pink stuff. It looked cool when it exploded.
For the party favors I made personalized chap stick (Aubrey LOVES chap stick) and mini marshmallow cupcake pops.

What a wonderful day!!! We had so much fun and excellent turn out I think the final head count was: 20 kids and 18 adults. Thank you everyone for coming and making Aubrey's birthday so special!
