It all started yesterday. Aubrey just started saying babababaDAbabaDAba and then it just turned into dada so we are marking it as her first word. Some other milestones that have been happening are she can kind of wave and she can pull herself up to a standing position. As for crawling Aubrey is on the right path. She gets up on her knees and rocks back and forth. She usually ends up rolling back and forth until she gets to where she wants to go. We are very proud of our little girl.

Hanging with the Aunts

Last weekend my Aunt Pat and Aubrey's Aunt Laura (my sister) came to spend time with us and we all had a great time hanging together.

Weekend with Nana and Grandpa

We had a great weekend with Nana and Grandpa. We did so many fun things and it was just so nice to have them over and to hang out.

We all met up at the Hilmar Cheese Factory. We took a little tour and Aubrey was really into the video that they showed. It was too cute.

Nana and Grandpa bought Aubrey the coolest activity Baby Einstein jumper for her to take to work. Aubrey loves it and I think it will work perfect to help her stay busy while I'm trying to work. Thanks Nana and Grandpa (mom and dad)!!

We then went to the Merced Zoo. Aubrey really enjoyed looking at all the animals. We had such a wonderful weekend with Nana and Grandpa, we can't wait for the next one. Thanks for everything!

Weekend with Friends

Last weekend Spencer's best friend from childhood came to visit us with his family. Spencer and Joel have been friends since they were 5 years old so it was a lot fun seeing them together reminiscing and both with kids of their own. Fun Summer Day's

I just had to post this very cute picture!!! Well I think it's just so cute. We went swimming over at our friends house yesterday and then when we got home Aubrey was so happy hanging out in her swim suit playing with her toys.

Labor Day Weekend

For Labor Day weekend we went to Sacramento to visit our friends. We went to the California State Fair and Old Sacramento.

We had a fun trip and it was so nice to see our friends. Now we are home enjoying Labor Day as a family. The weather has been perfect today so we have spent most of the day playing outside.
