It's beginning to look a lot like....

Christmas!!! At the Sup's house. Well we actually decorated Thanksgiving weekend and have been enjoying the holiday cheer for a couple of weeks now. The kids love the decorations!! Carter a little too much so we have had to move all the ornaments up about 3 feet from the ground. We all put on our first ornaments:
I love, love, love our decorations! I'm so happy it's Christmas time! We have been already busy writing Christmas cards, baking cookies and trying new crafts out:
We also have been doing all our Christmas countdowns some old traditions and some new ones. It is such a joy to see Christmas time through the eyes of a 3 and 1 year old. Happy Holidays everyone!

Christmas Pictures

We have been getting the kids pictures done at every big milestone. Since Carter just turned 18 months and with Christmas around the corner we went had their pictures done right before Thanksgiving. They Did GREAT!!! Both were the best little models and we could not have asked for better pictures:

Thanksgiving 2011

Happy Thanksgiving!!! I'm so thankful for so many things! I'm thankful to have a wonderful husband, the chance to be a mom to 2 healthy amazing children, my supportive great family and all my friends. I'm also thankful for lots of other things but my list would go on and on. We had a nice relaxing Thanksgiving morning at home watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We then packed up the car and headed up to Sonora for the day. I made special shirts for the kids that day.
Papa and Gaga set up their new Christmas train and the kids just had a blast watching it and taking tuns switching the switch.
Titi and Carter checking out the yummy pies that Titi made. Us girls made chocolate acorns that afternoon before dinner.
While the guys hung out.
Mom & Dad love their new kitchen as do we!
Dinner was amazing!!!!
It was Papa, Nana, Great Grandpa, Auntie, Titi, Gaga, Daddy, Mommy, Aubrey and Carter! What a crowd!

Thanksgiving night Daddy (Spencer), my sister (Titi), my brother (Gaga), Auntie and I all braved the crowd and went to Wal Mart at 10pm for the black Friday deals. We got some great stuff and it was so much being part of the crazy shopping. We ended up staying out until Kohls opened and mid night but still made it back to mom & dads around 1am. Friday morning we relaxed and enjoyed the view of the lake.
Friday afternoon was Thanksgiving for the Sups side. We drove over to Mountain View and had another amazing feast at Spencer's sisters house. The group there was around 25 people. The kids had a blast with their cousins. Both Spencer and I were running around like crazy so we didn't get many pictures :( We had a great time visiting and being together with family.
Friday night we stayed in Hayward. Spencer and I did more black Friday shopping that night. The next morning we went out to a yummy breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa.
Earlier in the week before Thanksgiving it was my play date week. I got some cute pictures of the kids eating their snacks.
For our activity that day we made Thanksgiving place mats. The kids had fun tracing their hands and coloring their "turkeys."
I have so much to be Thankful for!!!! Hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving!

First Day of Nursery

Sunday November 20th was Carter's first day of Nursery at Church! He did great. He stayed in the room the whole time and even made a craft. We think it helps that he has his big sister in there with him for another month. We love our big boy!!

Apple Hill

I'm way behind on my blogging. So the next few post will be catch up posts. Back on 11/11/11 we woke up and thought it would be just like any other day but when I realized that the library was closed for Veteran's day and we would be unable to go to our usual story time I called up Spencer and said don't you have a little vacation time? He said yes and we decided to do a spontaneous weekend vacation up to Apple Hill. Aubrey was ecstatic!!!! She made up a song about going on vacation and sang and danced the whole morning we packed.
We stayed at a beautiful hotel in Folsom right across from the outlets. (I was in heaven!!!) Friday we shopped and went out to dinner.
We spent all day Saturday up in Apple Hill. It was beautiful! We had perfect weather, ate lots of yummy apple things and enjoyed being together.
Aubrey loves riding pony's.

Both nights that we stayed there we went in the hot tub.
My cute twins!
We had a blast!!! It was a perfect fall weekend!
